Invoicee is an iOS app for recording invoices, expenses and revenue. You may use it for your own personal or business record-keeping. Please don't attempt to break into other people's data, interfere with the service, or use the app to do anything unlawful.
You keep ownership of everything you put into Invoicee. Attachments are stored in your own Google Drive and remain under your control. How the rest is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Syncing requires linking a Google account, and that part of the app depends on Google Drive and Firebase. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. If Google changes or restricts its services, some features may stop working.
Invoicee helps you record and total figures, including GST. It does not give accounting, tax or legal advice, and its calculations are not a substitute for professional advice or for checking your own records. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you file or rely on. Scanned text in particular should always be checked against the original receipt.
Invoicee is offered as-is, and we may update, change or discontinue features. We'll try not to lose your data, but you should keep your own copies of anything important — the CSV export exists for this.
To the extent the law allows, Invoicee is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Invoicee.
If these terms change materially, the effective date above will change and the current version will always be published at this address.
